Grants to Expand Our Mission in Sumter & Marion Counties of Florida
The Wildwood Soup Kitchen has supported our local Not-For-Profit Organizations through direct grants to expand our mission since 2020. We encourage organizations to submit an application for grants by November 1st of each year. Funding will be available each year starting in June.
Our mission is simple: to provide healthy and appetizing meals to all who come to us -- to the poor, the hungry, and the lonely. We also deliver these same meals to area shut ins. In fulfilling this mission, we are constantly reminded that when we show mercy to the least of God's children, we show mercy to Jesus Christ Himself.
All funding awarded must meet with our mission.
